2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a prohibited activity, and bbf88 reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances. bbf88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time.

2.4 Eligibility Conditions

• The applicant must be a resident or eligible citizen of Bangladesh.
• Individuals whose accounts were previously closed by bbf88 may not register again.
• bbf88 employees or their immediate family members may not operate accounts as regular customers.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, PIN, etc.) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bbf88 support team immediately ([email protected]). bbf88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access unless it is proven to have been caused by a fault in our system.

3.1 Account Transfer

bbf88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or allowing another person to operate your account is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbf88 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these four are not currently supported.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Process

bbf88 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. It is preferable that the deposit amount and withdrawal method are the same. Withdrawal requests may remain pending until the verification process is completed.

4.4 Transaction Rejection

bbf88 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction in cases of suspected fraud, anti-money laundering policy, or violation of these Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more attracts the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• If the applicable wagering requirements are not met while using a bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• bbf88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

bbf88's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher tiers by remaining regularly active and meeting the criteria set by bbf88.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. It is your responsibility to verify all information correctly before placing a bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds for any event may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment remain fixed.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If a game or event is cancelled or not completed, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, in certain circumstances bbf88 reserves the right to make a decision in accordance with industry-established rules.

6.4 Technical Errors

bbf88 reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of system errors, disconnections, or other technical issues. Bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds or payouts will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbf88 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or offers
• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal transfer of funds
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to bbf88's systems
• Operating an account using false identity documents or another person's identity
• Buying, selling, renting, or transferring accounts
• Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes
• Harassing or causing harm to other users

Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

All content on the bbf88 website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and other materials — is the intellectual property solely owned by bbf88 or its licensors.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from bbf88 is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game software included on the bbf88 platform (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.) is the property of their respective owners.

bbf88 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues
• Loss resulting from your own negligence or violation of these Terms
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account (unless caused by a fault in our system)
• Service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions

In no circumstance shall bbf88's total liability exceed the amount you deposited in that specific transaction.

10.1 Suspension by bbf88

bbf88 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• The need to comply with applicable laws or regulations

10.2 Suspension by the User

You may close your account yourself at any time. Requests for self-exclusion or account closure can be made through the support team. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
